It is written for anyone whose body seems to run on autopilot under stress, clenching, biting, picking, fidgeting, or feeling wired but tired, and who wants a gentle, practical approach to try. It is not aimed at diagnosing or treating any medical condition.
What format is it, and how do I read it?
It is a digital ebook (pdf) + 21-day app you can start in one sitting and follow on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Is this medical or psychological advice?
No. It is general educational information based on lived experience and research. It is not a diagnosis or treatment and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. Persistent teeth grinding is also a dental issue, and compulsive picking or pulling is worth raising with a mental-health professional.
Does it promise to cure my stress habits?
No. It does not promise a cure, a guarantee, or a fixed timeline. Many people find the urges ease as the nervous system settles, but results naturally vary from person to person.
